We have been using Astrofix for many years and Ben has successfully managed to keep our dishwasher, oven and washing machine functioning well without the need to replace them. We have no doubt we have saved money in the process and also like the fact that we can keep large electrical equipment going without the need to replace when something goes wrong – good for the environment and the purse. We always find Ben to be most professional – prompt, courteous, tidy when working and so far he has managed to resolve all the problems that we have asked him to fix. It is very difficult to find someone knowledgeable and reliable who is prepared to come to your home and fix your individual appliances. We recommend him highly. K Freris, London NW6 |

Good service

Having our elderly dishwasher attended to by astrofix was a good decision. Although old, the machine seemed in good condition and we were pleased to have the element replaced once that had been identified as the problem. £130 for two visits including all parts was a better solution than a new machine and the dishwasher is running well. A tidy and considerate worker I could not have been more pleased. We had to wait a while for the replacement part but for an old machine that has to be expected. Badshelley

Our dishwasher is now working perfectly

Ben responded to my call quickly and came the day after to have a look at our failing dishwasher. He found a blocked electronic switch and cleaned it. The dishwasher is now working again. I thoroughly recommend him, he is capable and his fees are fair. F. L. Hackney E8 |
